You will get a mix of Grass Fed Beef finished on 100% non-GMO barley from Oak Ridge Angus, Knights Valley; and Lamb raised on native grasslands from Hamilton Brothers Ranch, Montezuma Hills.
You will get a mix of ground meat and other cuts (which range from roasts to steaks and chops). There will be a mix of lamb and beef in each box.
