You will get a mix of grassfed beef finished on 100% non-GMO barley from Oak Ridge Angus, Knights Valley; California born and raised Heritage Pork from Mountain View Pork, Turlock; Lamb raised on native grasslands from Hamilton Brothers Ranch, Montezuma Hills.
You will get a mix of ground meat and other cuts (which range from roasts to steaks and chops). Photos give an example of the range of cuts that are included, but are not an exact photo of what to expect in each box. There will be a mix of pork, lamb, and beef in each box.
