We source from local, sustainable family farms, and provide all the cut & wrap, smoking, and sausage making in-house. All packages are vacuum sealed, labeled, and processed under USDA inspection.

 ½ Lamb: Blakeman Farms - Bangor, CA. These dorset lambs graze on native grasslands in the flats of the Northern Sierras that are now surrounded by sustainable wind-power.

You get a standard cut 1/2 lamb, with a mix of chops, roasts, grind, and bones.

Lambs raised on native California grasslands. 4th Generation Family Farmers use rotational grazing to enhance environmental benefits.

Lambs average 56# hot weight (weight after slaughter), giving each ½ share an average starting weight of 28# (bone weight included). Yielding about 25# of meat. A ½ lamb share fits in 1 cardboard banana box or a medium chest cooler.
