We have dozens of sausages, all made in house with our own recipes! No nitrates nor nitrites used in any of our fresh sausages - except for sausages that have Bacon in them, all of which have Bacon in their name. Most contain no sugar. Ingredients will list if any sugar or honey is included. Ingredients will say if sausage contains allergens.

Not all flavors will be available online or through our retail at all times; thank you for your understanding. You can always place an order for any of the flavors below if you purchase 25 pounds, make sure to give 5 days notice! We can package into 1 pound packages for your convenience. (Any sausage with an (A) next to it contains allergens.)
