Pasture-raised on local grasses and finished with 100% non-GMO barley spent brewer’s grain sourced sustainably from Bear Republic Brewery.
Oak Ridge Angus steers average 750# hot weight (weight after slaughter), giving each ¼ share an average starting weight of 187.5# (some weight loss due to standard dry aging, bone weight included). Yielding around 155# of meat. ¼ Steer fits nicely in 4 cardboard banana boxes or a large chest cooler.
